- Reservations
must be made at least five days in advance
for cocktail foods - at least 10 days in advance
for full meals (appetizer, salad, soup, main
course, dessert) with a minimum of 30 people
- A
30% deposit may be required when reservations
are made.
- Cancellations
or adjustments must be made at least three
days ahead for cocktail functions and five
days ahead for full meals; otherwise the customer
is liable for full payment of original food
order.
- Full
payment is due on the date of the function
- payment by cash or cheque.
- All
food preparation is in accordance with the
Environmental Health Officer's guidelines.
