 Founded by experienced Global Caterer Cristina Shore and Mexican Master Chef Ricardo Beccera, Victoria Global Caterers offers choice, innovation, and international flare to each menu option. We take pride in our authentic food dishes, themed parties and events that blend the culture and traditions of a global community.
Launched in 1992, Victoria Global Caterers' roots came out of the Inter-Cultural Association (ICA) of Greater Victoria. The ICA is known for its very popular Victoria multicultural arts festival, Folkfest, an effort to foster cultural understanding.
At Victoria Global Caterers, our mission is also to support cultural awareness in the community by providing our valued customers with sophisticated, authentic and flavourful international foods that create a cultural event tailored to your taste and budg
